An Analysis of Syntactic Structure of Coordination on The English Translation of Surah Al-Mulk

This study is about Syntactic Structure of Coordination on the English Translation Surah Al-Mulk. The purposes this research are to find out types constituents form syntactic structure coordination Al-Mulk and explain distribution data formed as sentences having Method in analyzed by using descriptive qualitative method. To collect data, writer used documentation steps analyze reading, collecting, numbering data. uses structural grammar. main theory applied Syntax proposed Francis (1957). result analysis shows that: 1) being combined categorized three groups: words which noun, adjective, verb, infinitive; phrase noun phrase; clauses independent clause dependent clause, 2) structures based its function word, sentence: two functions words: head modifier; one phrase: modifier sentence/clause: predicate.
